Water bag body: It is made of anti-radiation high-strength PVC coating material. Under normal conditions, the material life can reach 10-15 years. The water bag adopts a cylindrical appearance design, and the height of the water bag will not exceed 50cm, so as to ensure that the water content is more than 95%.
Inlet and outlet: The inlet is a TYPE F type PP quick connector with a valve. During the installation process, the PVC steel wire inlet pipe can be quickly placed on the water bag; place the water outlet under the side of the water bag, in It is convenient to drain the water during the discharge.
Safety exhaust valve: To prevent the water bag gas or water pressure from breaking the water bag too much; When the water injection process, some air will enter the water bag with the liquid, when the bag pressure reaches about 15kpa, the safety exhaust valve Start the work and eliminate the gas inside the bag body. After the water bag is fully loaded, excess water can be discharged to remind the operator that the water bag is full.
Handle: Fixed lifeboat load test water bag, which will not be moved by water in the process of filling with water. It is very good to protect the role of water bag. Suggestion: The handle is not used to move the water bag. Do not move the water bag filled with water by pulling the handle.

Operation And Use
WaWater Filling Process
1. According to the need to determine the number and type of water bags required.
2. According to the internal situation of the lifeboat or other equipment, to determine the placement of water bags program.
3. The handle on the water bag can be used to fix. If necessary, you can use a wooden board to fix the water bag to ensure its balance.
4. Connect the water bag and the water distributor with the water filling hose, pay attention to distinguish the water bag corresponding to each valve.
5. Connect the water distributor and water meter and its valve.
6. Connect the water meter quick connect and the fire hose.
7. Connect the fire hose to the water supply equipment.
8. Record the initial reading of the water meter and calculate the target reading of the water meter. Do not set to zero.
9. Begin water filling operation.
10. Control the manifold valve to ensure a balanced filling of the internal water bag.
11. Watch the water meter reading closely and close the valve as soon as the target value is reached.
12. If no water meter is used, when the water in the bag reaches the rated value, the end of the safety valve will automatically open to drain. At this time, you need to close the valve that controls the water bag in time.
